About · Family first

Family first.Everything else follows.

Family is everything to me. My wife Tailynn is the foundation of it all. She's the most selfless, hardworking person I know, and she makes everything we've built together possible. She holds our family together while I'm chasing the next idea or heads-down on a project, and she does it with a level of grace and strength that I'll never stop admiring.

We're raising three incredible boys together, and they're the reason I work as hard as I do. They've taught me that the best things in life aren't built with code. They're built with time, presence, and showing up every single day.

Dayton

Our oldest and the kid who keeps us all on our toes. Dayton is sharp, competitive, and has a natural leadership quality that shows up in everything from sports to how he looks out for his younger brothers. He's the kind of kid who wants to understand how everything works and isn't afraid to challenge ideas. Watching him grow into a young man has been one of the best parts of my life.

Aspen

Aspen is pure joy. He has Down syndrome, and he's taught our family more about love, patience, and what actually matters than anything else ever could. His smile lights up every room he walks into, and his determination is unreal. He inspires everyone around him to slow down, be present, and celebrate the little wins. He's the heart of our family.

Cohen

The newest member of the crew. Cohen is our baby and already has a personality that fills the room. Watching his brothers interact with him is one of the best things I've ever seen. He's brought a whole new level of energy and love to our family, and we can't imagine life without him.

What we value
We're a family that loves adventure. Whether it's road trips, exploring new places, or just being together at home, we believe making memories is the whole point. Life moves fast, and we don't want to miss any of it.

My why

Why I buildand who it's for.

Tailynn and our three boys, Dayton, Aspen and Cohen, are my world. Every system I build, every late night, every project I ship is ultimately for them.

Building is just how I'm wired. For 13 years I've kept running into the same thing: a gap between what a business needs and what actually exists. I can't leave it alone. I find the gap, then I build the thing that fills it.

That habit turned into companies. Nomad Mobile Ads, BrostCo and webIQ each started as a problem I kept seeing and decided to solve properly instead of working around. Co-founding Quantum Connect AI came from the same instinct.

Aspen taught our family what patience and celebrating the little wins really mean. That shapes how I work too: steady, present, and always looking for the path forward.

I operate with one belief:

there's always a solution, or a better one waiting to be found.

I don't get stuck. I figure it out, build it, or find the path forward.

My operating belief
The work

Operator, marketer,builder.

I sit somewhere between operator, marketer, and builder. I run teams, drive strategy, grow revenue, and scale brands. I also open my laptop at night and build the tools, websites, and systems that make it all work. Most people do one or the other. I do all three.

    Operator

I run the business. Teams, process, vendors, finance, the systems that keep everything moving without me in the middle of it.

  • 02

    Marketer & SEO

I grow it. SEO that takes sites from zero traffic to #1, GEO and AEO that get brands cited in AI answers, local search that wins the map pack, paid media and funnels built to convert.

  • 03

    Builder

I build what's missing. Websites, internal tools, AI systems and full products, from first sketch to live users.

The career

Thirteen years offilling the gap.

Over 13 years I've done this across industries: e-commerce, construction, real estate, and HGTV-featured design-build firms. The role changes, but the job stays the same: run the operation, grow the marketing, and build whatever is missing.

Search is the thread through all of it. I've spent years doing SEO for businesses that live and die by being found, from HGTV-featured builders to local service companies. Today that includes GEO and AEO, so brands show up in AI answers too, and it's the core of what webIQ sells.

Today that work runs through four companies. I founded Nomad Mobile Ads, a truck and trailer advertising company building its founding network now. I founded BrostCo, AI that helps government contractors find, analyze and prepare bids. And I founded webIQ, which builds websites and local SEO for service businesses. I also co-founded Quantum Connect AI, whose assistant Hannah answers dealership buyers in seconds. Alongside them I run side projects like Boise Travel Club, BACwater and Tour Idaho, and build platforms for clients, from HGTV-featured builders to a private sobriety app.

I build with Cursor, Replit, Claude, and modern AI tools, which lets me ship software that used to take a full dev team. 12+ websites, custom management portals, voice AI systems, automation pipelines. All built and launched by me.

How I work

Four rules I don’t break

  1. 01

    Ship, then refine

A working version this week beats a perfect plan next quarter. I get something live, watch how it behaves, and improve it with real data.

  2. 02

Build the system, not the task

If something gets done twice, it becomes a process. If it gets done ten times, it becomes software.

  3. 03

    Own the outcome

Strategy and execution are the same job. I don't hand off a plan and hope. I build it, launch it, and stay accountable for the number.

  4. 04

    Use the newest tools

I build with Cursor, Replit, Claude and modern AI tooling, which lets a small team move like a large one.
